Covid restrictions require in person, live events to be done differently.
We'd like to meet under normal conditions, but the hotels have to abide by government regulations, so if we want to spend time together we need to follow their rules.

CUN - Cancun International Airport (12 Miles Away from the Hotel Adhara Cancun)
Tickets and Registration
What is the price difference between In Person and Virtual Event tickets?
• In person tickets are $2,444 and include the 3-day immersion event, access to the catamaran, and are all inclusive of your hotel stay, food, and shuttle access.
• Virtual Tickets are $1,444 and include the 3-day immersion event, only.
Is the flight included in the price of the live, in person ticket?
• You are responsible for purchasing your flight.
• A valid, up to date passport is required to enter Mexico.
What is the Refund Policy?
If you are unable to attend the LIVE event your ticket will automatically roll over to a virtual ticket.
If I select in-person, but get COVID a few days before the Event, can I attend the virtual event instead?
Yes, your ticket will be converted ticket into a virtual ticket.
What happens if the Event is unable to happen due to Covid?
If due to COVID, we are unable to hold a live event, your ticket will be converted into a Virtual Ticket, where you will have an amazing Virtual Experience!
My country doesn’t allow travel, how can I attend?
If you are unable to attend the Event in person, you can purchase a virtual ticket. If you've purchased a ticket to the live event your ticket will be converted into a Virtual Ticket.
Are there COVID-related restrictions about who can attend?

Will any meals be provided with my Event ticket?
There will be food provided during events and the BADASS adventure only.
What is the difference between IN PERSON and VIRTUAL tickets?
Both experiences are going to be amazing! The difference is: in person, you will be in Cancun, Mexico at the event space and have access to the catamaran; virtual can be watched anywhere in the world where there is internet access.
In the event we are unable to meet in person due to the ever-changing COVID restrictions your deposit will be put toward a virtual experience. *Deposit and/or tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Will all of the speakers be present at the event or will they present over zoom on tv/big screen?
We will have all speakers in person at the Unleash Your Inner BADASS Men's Summit LIVE.
How many People will be at this Event?
We are building a private intimate summit to build connections and we will have 30 people in attendance LIVE, and an additional 30 people will attend virtually. This number is subject to change.
Are we permitted to record audio and/or video at the event?
No, recording and/or live streaming of the event is prohibited. We encourage you to take pictures!
Is there a Facebook Group for Transformational BADASS?
There will be! Once you make your deposit toward the summit you will be given access to the private Facebook group.

Will there be VIP seating?
We made it EASY. You are ALL BADASS VIP’S!
Safety
What covid protocols will be in place?
We will follow the State and Hotel Guidelines/Regulations at the time of the event. More information will be provided as appropriate.
Are you going to be enforcing a mask policy?
We will be following State/City/Hotel guidelines for masks and overall safety. Our ability to host this event will be determined by following the rules and regulations at the time of the event.
Can you tell me what health and safety precautions are going to be in place?
• We will continue to analyze and make determination on appropriate precautions.
• Masks and hand sanitizer will be available. We will also be adhering to Cancun's and the hotels policies and guidelines that are in place at the time of the event.
Do I need a Vaccine to attend?
We will be following covid and safety protocols. We are NOT planning on requiring attendees to have a vaccine but any health and safety related questions are subject to change.
What happens if I get sick while traveling to the Event and/or get sick at the Event?
• If at the Event, please provide us with notice; we will send out more details closer to the Event.
• If you get sick before the Event (see above).
• If you get sick at the Event, we ask that you notify us and do not attend.
